Inspection Trips

The easiest way to find your new home is to visit the sites with our expert help and so, to help you find your ideal property, we offer a comprehensive visit to view the areas that you require. Trips are generally of three or four days, Saturday to Tuesday or Tuesday to Saturday, however, they can be extended if necessary. Generally we fly from Nottingham East Midlands Airport but other regional airports are considered. All accommodation is provided, including most meals, at good quality, comfortable hotels. You will be collected from the airport and given as much help as we can during your stay.

We work individually with you to avoid viewing properties that are not suitable, so that you can be assured of a totally personal service.

Our sales staff are there to help you and to try and assist you in finding your perfect, dream home.

Once contracts have been signed, a comprehensive service is guaranteed by our Spanish partner, from our bi-lingual staff, who will advise you on any information or help that you may require, including assistance on the completion process.
